La loco volée a volé sur Iserables

[ Iserables (Wallis), May 15th, 2012, © (rke), english below ] – L’entreprise d’ingénierie Mecatis qui a pris racine dans les airs à Iserables, a déménagé « sa » loco pour la transporter, en vol, à l’aide du téléphérique, seul moyen de loco…motion à disposition. « Sa » locomotive (BVB, Bex-Villars_Bretaye) ? Enfin, l’une des deux volées (et retrouvée) en novembre dernier au Swiss Vapeur Parc qui a été soigneusement remise à neuf : travaux de carrosserie, remplacer l’ancienne motorisation (de voiture) par une génératrice à essence avec deux moteurs électriques et un nouveau poste de commande. Le modèle réduit est donc fin prêt à reprendre le rail du Bouveret.

The stealthily locomotive  flew on Iserables

The swiss engineering firm Mecatis settled in the summit of Iserables, a small village overlaid in rocks, moved « its » loco to carry it, in flight, using the cable, with the only means of loco motion ...available. « Its » locomotive (BVB, Bex-Villars_Bretaye) ? Finally, one of two miniature-train robed (and found) last November at Swiss Vapeur Parc which has been carefully refurbished : body work, replace the old engine (car) by a gas generator with two electric motors and a new station order.  The model is now ready to roll in Bouveret. And fly away by rail…
